Embark on a spectacular drive to Tawang, crossing the iconic Sela Pass (4170 m) one of India’s highest motorable pass surrounded by snow-capped peaks and the stunning Sela Lake.

After descending from Sela, make a stop at the Jaswantgarh War Memorial, honoring the brave soldiers and continue drive along breathtaking mountain routes.

Arrive in Tawang by evening, check in at the hotel and relax.

Visit Tawang Monastery – As the largest monastery in India, Tawang Monastery (Gaden Namgyal Lhatse) is a stunning 17th-century landmark and the spiritual center of the region, celebrated for its magnificent architecture, serene courtyards, and breathtaking valley views.

Stop by the Buddha Statue, followed by a visit to the Tawang War Memorial – Honor the courageous soldiers who fought in the 1962 Indo-China War.

After enjoying an early breakfast, embark on an exhilarating high-altitude journey to Bumla Pass (4,633 m) on the Indo-China border.

Following your visit to Bumla Pass, explore Sangster Lake, also known as Madhuri Lake, renowned for its stunning waters and dramatic mountain scenery, along with breathtaking glacial lakes like Panga Teng Tso Lake.

Return to Tawang by evening and relax after the adventurous day.
